Open house and disaster preparedness fair!
Join us for a community open house and disaster preparedness fair! On Saturday, June 29th, from 10am-3pm, we invite everyone in the community to come by our main station on Fortuna Boulevard. We will have a kid’s firefighter obstacle course, a “rescue the teddy bear” technical rescue station, informational booths by local emergency services agencies, fire truck rides, and the CalFire helicopter! The helicopter is scheduled to land around 10:30am, so be sure to be there around then to watch them land. It’s always so cool to see!
Parking is available at the elementary school across the Boulevard from the fire station, or you can park along the Boulevard out front. There will not be parking available in the fire hall parking lot. We also ask that you do not park in the AutoZone parking lot.
