Chubritza
The Fortuna Concert Series presents Chubritza who present a vibrant, eclectic mix of Balkan and Eastern European vocal and instrumental folk music using traditional and modern instruments, ranging from toe-tapping dances to hauntingly beautiful melodies. This Arcata-based band has been regularly featured at folk dance festivals in Northern California and Oregon. Ticket prices are $10 and are available at the door. Doors open at 6:45 pm.
