Humboldt ASAP (Humboldt Allies for Substance Abuse Prevention) is a coalition focused on supporting the vision of a community of healthy individuals free of alcohol, tobacco, and other drug problems through a multi-sector collaboration of community groups and agencies working to reduce and prevent substance use among youth in Humboldt County.
