Ombudsmen are state-certified and trained advocates for residents living in Assisted or Long Term Care. Ombudsmen objectively investigate complaints and work to solve problems for residents\, regularly visit the long term care facilities to monitor quality of care\, and work closely with family\, the facilities\, regulatory agencies\, and local law enforcement.\n\n\n\nAn optional lunch ($15.00) will be provided.
